About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am Jo Rose, an integrative psychotherapist, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and supportive space to reflect, explore, and express thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to suit each person’s unique needs. This collaborative process often leads to valuable personal insights and growth.

I am dedicated to helping children navigate the challenges impacting their well-being, and often incorporate creative approaches to facilitate access to thoughts and emotions. Adolescents benefit from a non-judgemental space in which to reflect on the issues affecting them during this pivotal stage of life.
Parents are guided through the complexities of parenthood by untangling communication patterns and family dynamics. Together we examine how one’s own upbringing influences current parenting styles, aiming to cultivate healthier and more harmonious family relationships.

Adults are supported in gaining a deeper understanding of how past experiences, particularly from childhood, influence current issues. This process enhances emotional well-being and relationships.

I practice in North London.
My approach
I view each person as a unique individual whose life experiences weave a distinctive tapestry. These experiences can sometimes make the world, specific issues, or behavioural patterns feel stressful and challenging to navigate.
